Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 9x9 inch baking dish.
Stir the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Combine the eggs, condensed milk, milk, oil, and vanilla in a second mixing bowl. Add egg mixture to the cornmeal mixture all at once and beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Spread berries over the bottom of prepared dish. Spoon batter evenly over the berries to completely cover.
Bake in preheated oven until top is golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Recipe : Asparagus Spaghetti Pie
Ingredients
1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1 (10 ounce) package frozen asparagus spears, thawed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon minced chives
Directions
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add the spaghetti, Parmesan cheese and butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10-in. pie plate. Combine ham, asparagus and mushrooms; spoon into crust. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Beat eggs, sour cream, dill and chives; pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until crust is set and center is lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

1 (6 ounce) can tuna packed in oil, drained
1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
seasoning salt and pepper to taste
6 hamburger buns, split
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. When grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, tuna, onion, and relish. Season with seasoning salt and pepper to your liking. Form the meat mixture into 6 patties.
Place patties on the hot grill, and cook for 6 to 9 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve on buns with the usual toppings.

1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Russian-style salad dressing
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 medium onion, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions
Place squash cut-side down in a roasting pan and pour water in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine filling ingredients. Remove squash from oven. Ingredients
1 (12 pound) turkey
4 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup olive oil
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 medium green peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
2 pounds thinly sliced smoked ham
Directions
Remove giblets from turkey and discard. Place a turkey-size oven roasting bag inside a second roasting bag; add turkey. Place in a roasting pan. Combine the salt, pepper and garlic; rub over turkey.
In a bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, tomatoes, peppers and parsley. Pour over turkey and into cavity. Squeeze out as much air as possible from bag; seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours, turning several times.
Drain and discard marinade. Skewer turkey openings; tie drumsticks together. Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.
Grill turkey, covered, over indirect medium heat for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F, tenting turkey with foil after about 1 hour. Let stand for 20 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, warm the ham. Layer turkey and ham slices on a serving platter.
